Daniel Frank Sedwick, LLC's Treasure and World Coin Auction #12 'Live on the Internet' has been scheduled for October 25-26, 2012, and is on track to be our biggest ever. Our large and important consignments include a 5-pound, 10-ounce gold bar and an 11-foot-long gold chain from the Atocha, several cannons and cannonballs, and special collections of silver cobs and Peruvian Republic coins. Specifically, we have: dozens of 8-escudo pieces -Lima and Mexico mints- from the 1715 Fleet; a collection of more than 80 cobs, including many rarities, from the 'Capitana'; a rare, non-salvage 1659 Star of Lima 'royal'; several hundred bust coins of Charles III and IV from a hoard; an impressive collection of 8-reales (a date run from 1689—1723; and much, much more.
All items are genuine unless noted. Most shipwreck coins and artifacts come with a certificate of authenticity (please check the description for each item). By bidding in this auction you understand and agree to the Terms and Conditions posted here.
