Cartagena, Colombia, cob 4 reales, Philip IV, assayer E below mintmark RN to left (late 1620s), rare, PCGS VF30. Restrepo-M36.2; S-C3; KM-2.4; Cal-Type 261. 13.06 grams. Nice full crown over most of shield with bold RN and clear E to left, II(II) to right, nearly full and bold but off-center cross with legend clockwise 90 degrees, light toning and small spots of "horn silver." PCGS #39227630. Pedigreed to the Nueva Granada Collection (stated on label).
