VARIOUS COUNTRIES, original promotional set of fourteen coins (one Dutch gold ducat, two Spanish Netherlands ducatoons, three Mexican cob 8 reales, and eight United Netherlands 2 stuivers) in case. 8½" x 12" x 1" (case). A typical original promotional set in average condition with booklet and certificate; the gold ducat (Utrecht, 1724) stained and encrusted as found; the two ducatoons (both Brabant, Philip IV, dates and mints not visible) worn and lightly corroded; the three Mexican cobs likely all Philip V (one with assayer J visible) and fairly solid but one fully encrusted; and the eight 2 stuivers uncleaned and in various states of encrustation (one broken). Recovered from: Akerendam, sunk in 1725 off Norway
