Obverse: 1ST C.V.H.A. / 1861-1865 with crossed cannon at center. Reverse: HANOVER / COURTHOUSE / YORKTOWN / FAIR OAKS / FREDERICKSBURG / MALVERN HILL / PETERSBURG / GAINE'S MILL / RICHMOND.
