The National Bank of Commerce in New York was a powerhouse bank operating in the city from 1839 until its merger with Guaranty Trust in 1929; in 1959, Guaranty Trust merged with J.P. Morgan & Co., a company just a quarter in size at the time. VF, single pinhole at center, nice bold and large cashier and president signatures.
