Stephen Sweet's infallible liniment glass bottle, with stand, ex-S.S. Republic (1865). 103 grams. 5" tall x 2" X 1". With STEPHEN SWEET'S INFALLIBLE LINIMENT imprinted on the sides of this small, light-green bottle, the remedy inside was for "rheumatism, gout, neuralgia, lumbago, stiff neck and joints, sprains, bruises, cuts and wounds, piles, headache and all rheumatic nervous disorders," in other words, for just about anything; intact with bits of sand in the bottom. From the S.S. Republic (1865), with original tag and certificate R-04-02706-BE-003 from the salvors.
