Spain (mint and king uncertain), copper cob 4 maravedis, with "1636" and "VI" countermarks raising its value to 6 maravedis, rare as from a wreck. 1.87 grams. Copper shipwreck coins are extremely rare due to saltwater's corrosive effects on the metal, making this one impressive survivor. XF with light surface corrosion, struck on thin planchet with large edge crack, small spot of encrustation. With generic certificate from the salvagers. Recovered from: Concepcion, sunk in 1641 off Hispaniola
