Small silver parts of a flagellation wheel (flail). 1.9 grams. Four small, thin silver parts found together that once comprised a flagellation device, with sharp-pointed wheel and disks embossed with classical busts, a fascinating lot with likely religious significance. Found in a Spanish colonial area in the southern Caribbean, ca. 1590.
