Small earthenware bowl, ex-Guadalupe-Tolosa (1724). 315 grams. 5½" in diameter at top, 2¼" tall. Plain, hand-thrown porridge bowl with swirls of darker coloring amid light tan all over, intact except for some very small chips, tiny bits of wormy encrustation on bottom. From the Guadalupe-Tolosa (1724), with original certificate from Captain Tracy Bowden through his contract with the Dominican Republic and copy of the article "Graveyard of the Quicksilver Galleons" by Mendel Peterson from the December 1979 issue of National Geographic.
