Silver "splash" ingot, 1718 grams, with three crowned-C tax stamps, from the "Golden Fleece wreck" (ca. 1550). 6" in diameter, up to 1/2" thick. Perfectly round but with rough surfaces and edge (mostly due to corrosion), with three full (two bold) circular tax stamps on flat top showing a crowned C (for Charles I) inside a ring, the top somewhat dark but the bottom whitish and silvery, traces of brownish encrustation in crevices. From the "Golden Fleece wreck" (ca.1550), with Sedwick certificate from 2004.
