Silver "splash" ingot, 1309 grams, marked with two crowned-C tax stamps, ex-"Golden Fleece Wreck" (ca. 1550). 1309 grams. 5-1/2" to 6" in diameter, up to 1/2" thick. Thick and heavy disk with significant "drip blobs" near side, corroded surfaces but with circular crowned-C tax stamps for Charles I still visible, probably high fineness like the others but either not marked or the marking corroded away, also no visible assayer's "bite," still a great display piece, with sign already provided. Pedigreed to Sedwick Auction 10, with original lot-tag 247 and Sedwick certificate from 2006, also with small plastic display sign.
