Seville, Spain, cob 2 escudos, Philip IV, assayer not visible, from the Spanish 1681 Fleet. 6.9 grams. Small flan with choice full shield, off-center cross, toned XF, rare provenance. Reported to be from "the 'Galeta' shipwreck off the coast of Panama," probably referring to the 1681 Fleet (unconfirmed), with small certificate.
