Obverse with bust with engravers' initials F.S.F. on truncation inside legend FERN•VII•POR LA G•DE DIOS Y LA CONST•DE LA MON•REY DE LAS ESPAÑAS•; reverse with female personifications of Spanish and America supporting an open book on two globes with CONSTI / TUCI / ON / POLITI / CA on left page and DE LA / MONAR / QUIA / ESPAÑO / LA on right page, engraver's name F.SAGAU.F. on base, PROMULGADA EN CADIZ / A 19 DE MARZO DE / 1812 in exergue; polished XF with only light marks and traces of toning around details.
