Pre-Columbian (Mayan?) clay whistle. 16.5 grams, roughly 2" x 1" x ¾". Crude, somewhat triangular object with narrow slit in one point and hole near another point that somehow works as a whistle, the surfaces mostly dark red-brown with spots of lighter-colored encrustation, probably a rare item but especially so as from a shipwreck. From the Capitana El Rubí and pedigreed to Art McKee's Sunken Treasure Museum, with certificate.
