Potosi, Bolivia, cob 8 reales, Philip IV, assayer P (mid- to late 1620s), quadrants of cross transposed. S-P25; KM-19a. 26.17 grams. Round flan with full but slightly doubled cross and shield, resulting in P-P-P to left, bold king's ordinal IIII in legend, toned Fine+ with spots of encrustation.
