Potosi, Bolivia, cob 8 reales, Philip III, assayer Q, Grade 2, from the Atocha (1622), mounted cross-side out in silver bezel with 14K gold prongs, pirate face embellishment and shackle bail. 36.51 grams total. Well-mounted coin with nice details including almost full but doubled shield and cross, pirate embellishment over upper-right quadrant of cross. From the Atocha (1622), with Fisher tag and certificate #103923.
