Potosi, Bolivia, cob 8 reales, Philip II, assayer B (4th period), upper-right lion rotated. S-P12; KM-5.1. 27.16 grams. Bold assayer, good full shield and crown and cross, much legend, toned VF with natural flaw in shield, curious variety (first we've seen) with upper-right lion rotated 90 degrees counterclockwise to better fit in its quadrant.
