Potosi, Bolivia, cob 8 reales, 1693VR. S-P40; KM-26; CT-379. 17.4 grams. Full pillars-and-waves with bold date and assayer, most of cross with second assayer to right, nicely toned but corroded around the truncated edge. Recovered from: Princess Louisa, sunk in 1743 off the Cape Verde Islands, west of Africa
