Potosi, Bolivia, cob 8 reales, 1653E, 1-PH-6 at top, rare. S-P37a; KM-21; CT-435. 26.53 grams. Broad, solid flan (no corrosion) with full pillars-and-waves and cross but peripherally flat, clear 1-PH-6 and three partial dates (usually seen with •PH• instead), toned in crevices. Pedigreed to the Rob McClung collection. Recovered from: Capitana, sunk in 1654 off Chanduy, Ecuador
