Potosi, Bolivia, cob 8 reales, 1652E transitional Type III/A, rare. S-P37; KM-A20.3; CT-unl. 23.00 grams. Round but corroded flan with full pillars showing F-8-IIII above and E-dot-E below motto, full but off-center shield with bold 8 to left, lightly toned. Pedigreed to the Roberto Mastalir collection, #III.a-A(2)5 in his book (page 68). Recovered from: Capitana, sunk in 1654 off Chanduy, Ecuador
