Potosi, Bolivia, cob 8 reales, 1652E post-transitional (Transitional Type VIII/B), 1-PH-6 at top. S-P37a; KM-21; Cal-1500. 22.53 grams. Broad and roundish flan with full but slightly doubled pillars and cross, two dates, three mintmarks and assayers, king's ordinal IIII, bold 1-PH-6, actually somewhat royal-like but weight a bit low due to light corrosion, edge-split, toned in crevices. From: Capitana, sunk in 1654 off Chanduy, Ecuador
