Potosi, Bolivia, cob 8 reales, (1651-2)E, with crowned-o (lower case) countermark on shield. S-P36; KM-19b. 21.72 grams. Choice and well-detailed countermark (scarce) on full but off-center shield, areas of flatness, corrosion near edge, some toning. From the Maravillas Research Collection of Countermarked Potosi Cobs, with Marex certificate and tag #1528. Recovered from: Maravillas, sunk in 1656 off Grand Bahama Island
