Potosi, Bolivia, cob 8 reales, (165)1E, with crowned-o (lower case) countermark on cross. S-P36; KM-19b; CT-511. 25.83 grams. Solid and uncorroded but with flat peripheries, full shield and cross, the partial countermark scarce, not much toning. From the Maravillas Research Collection of Countermarked Potosi Cobs, with Marex certificate and tag #0436. Recovered from: Maravillas, sunk in 1656 off Grand Bahama Island
