Potosi, Bolivia, cob 8 reales, (1)6ZIII (1623), assayer T, quadrants of cross transposed, very rare. S-P22a; KM-19; CT-459. 27.0 grams. Bold P*T (unusual ornament between the letters), denomination oVIII and king's ordinal IIII outside of full shield, full cross on other side with clear bottom half of date, nice Fine with flat spots, nice example of a popular issue in which the die-engraver clearly lacked the digit-punches he needed and made do with the N (sideways) and I punches he had on hand.
