Pinch of California gold flakes, 1.5 grams, ex-SS Central America (1857). A typical Collectors Universe slab (label number 4105) housing a "pinch" of hundreds of small pieces of natural gold, as found in rivers and streams in the California Gold Rush and lost on this famous wreck, with lots of shapes and colors, none bigger than about 3/16" but no dust. From the SS Central America (1857), as stated on label.
