Pair of large, early Spanish colonial spurs (espuelas), 1700s. 1058 grams total, 8" x, 4" each. Alpaca or low-grade South American silver spurs widely used by vaqueros with a design dating back to the conquistadors. Dull finish (perhaps cleaned but not polished), excellent overall condition. With photo-certificate.
