Oaxaca, Mexico (Xaaga culture, ca. 1300 forward), copper-arsenic tajadera, scarce. 86 grams, 6-1/4" x 4-3/4". Fine example of Mexican proto-money, this specimen of scarce design and fully intact and well preserved, lightly cleaned but still patinated as usual.
