Northern European naval flintlock "sea service" pistol, 1800s. 1214 grams, 15-1/2" long. Typical naval boarding pistol, made in Liege and used by many countries and commercial merchant ships, with 9" barrel bearing a touch mark and stamped BELGIUM, the walnut stock with simple brass butt cap and lanyard ring. Overall very good condition, dark with age-toned patina, functional lock. With photo-certificate.
