Neatly formed silver ingot, 1969 grams, about 98.5% fine, with stamps of the Amsterdam chamber of the VOC (Dutch East India Co.) and "jumping goat" assayer-mark of Otto and/or Wouter Buck, ex-Rooswijk (1739) 6" x 1-1/2" x 1-1/4". Typically tightly cast block with smooth sides but one end left with open pit (now bearing brownish encrustation) whose embankments were filed and chiseled in its time to fine-tune the weight, the markings on one side very bold and also graced with brown and orange encrustation. From the Rooswijk (1739), with original plastic tag and certificate RK05AS0112 from the salvors.
