Neatly formed silver ingot, 1954 grams, about 98.5% fine, with stamps of the Zeeland chamber of the VOC (Dutch East India Co.), cast in diagonal to bar width. 5-1/4" x 1-5/8" x 1-3/8". Typically very neatly cast bar, this example not as long as most and with one end cut 3 times diagonally around a central pit in which thick encrustation now resides, the other end of the bar showing a diagonal seam from casting, the markings on one side clear and full but somewhat small.
