Small, thick, round flan with well-centered but partially flat shield and cross, the latter with very prominent fleurs-de-lis at ends per the era, no corrosion, contrasting toning. Pedigreed to the Stuart Auerbach collection (see lot 4). Recovered from: Concepcion, sunk in 1641 off Hispaniola
