Oblong flan (one point slightly bent) with no corrosion but patch of dark encrustation on cross side, nearly full shield and crown and cross, bold denomination 8 but with flat peripheries. Pedigreed to the Charles Eidel collection, with original Real Eight Co. certificate hand-signed by Kip Wagner. Recovered from: Spanish 1715 Fleet, east coast of Florida
