Choice cob with full shield, clear denomination, no corrosion, nicely toned, solidly perched on top of a 2-1/2" x 2" x 1-1/2" chunk of white coral (as found), an excellent display and rare thus. From the Concepcion, sunk in 1641 off Hispaniola, with large, original certificate hand-signed by the salvager, Burt Webber, Jr.
