Mexico City, Mexico, cob 8 reales, (161)8/7(D), ex-Rudman. S-M18; KM-unl (44.3 for type). 27.29 grams. Very solid and uncorroded, with good full cross and shield, bold denomination 8, just the bottom of the final digit of date (not 100% certain, but clearly Philip III by style, early for this wreck), light toning on fields. Pedigreed to the Isaac Rudman collection. Recovered from: Concepcion, sunk in 1641 off Hispaniola
