Large flan (typically unevenly thick) with choice full cross-lions-castles, most of shield with very bold oMD, beautifully toned and nearly corrosion-free, with curious traces of canvas imprint on obverse. With original certificate from Captain Tracy Bowden through his Concepción contract with the Dominican Republic. Recovered from: Concepción, sunk in 1641 off Hispaniola
