XF details with mildly corroded obverse though shield is nearly complete, rather nice and practically untouched reverse with full cross and partial legends. Pedigreed to the Steve Valentine Collection, with original certificate from the salvor/conservator. Recovered from: Santiago, sunk in 1585 off Bassas da India in the Indian Ocean
