Corroded and thin yet possessing plenty of sharp detail including clear mintmark and assayer to left of full shield, complete cross, a few spots of dark encrustation on the edges. Note: the photo for this coin in Auction 19 as Lot 325 online is incorrect (the printed catalog shows correct photos). Pedigreed to the David Horner Collection (Sedwick Auction 19, with original lot-tag 325). Recovered from: San Martin ("Green Cabin Wreck"), sunk in 1618 off the east coast of Florida
