MEXICO, Mexico City, clump of three cob 8 reales, Philip IV, assayers not visible. 71.11 grams total. Tight stack with two coins fairly solid but the third somewhat "chewed" from corrosion on the edge, no encrustation but firmly fused and stable. With original certificate from Captain Tracy Bowden through his contract with the Dominican Republic. Recovered from: Concepción, sunk in 1641 off Hispaniola
