Solid, blackened coin with bold partial shield and denomination 8, tightly encrusted to a brown clump of coral and shell bits, nice and displayable piece with rare provenance to early salvage of the 1715 Fleet. With original, hand-signed Fisher certificate (small) from 1968. Recovered from: Spanish 1715 Fleet, sunk off the east coast of Florida
