MEXICO, Mexico City, clump of one cob 4 reales (fragment) in large chunk of coral, Philip IV, assayer not visible. 249 grams total. 3½" x 2½" x 2". Large, baseball-sized chunk of white coral with a single dark and corroded 4 reales showing cross-side up at one end. With original certificate from Captain Tracy Bowden through his contract with the Dominican Republic. Recovered from: Concepción, sunk in 1641 off Hispaniola
