MEXICO, Mexico City, bust 8 reales, Charles III, 1772 FM, assayer's initials facing outward, NGC Genuine (El Cazador Shipwreck Label). Yonaka-M8.72; KM-106.1; Cal-1105. Scarce type from this wreck with a clear reverse showing the assayer variety for this first-year bust type coin, the bust side fairly corroded yet with a clear date. Oddly enough, the NGC label is generic to the wreck and doesn't mention the date or assayer. Recovered from: El Cazador, sunk in 1784 in the Gulf of Mexico
