MEXICO, Mexico City, 2 reales, Charles-Joanna, "Late Series," assayer A to right, mintmark M to left (M-A), rare, NGC UNC details / cleaned, ex-Sedwick-Downing (stated on label). Nesmith-57b type; S-M6; Cal-97; KM-12. 6.64 grams. Full legends and strong interiors (the pillars side slightly off-center), silvery in color all over, with small edge-crack, hard to find like all the smaller denominations. Pedigreed to the Stack's Bowers and Ponterio auction of January 2013, with original lot-tag 1510, and to the Sedwick-Downing Collection of Mexican Charles-Joanna Coinage.
