Lot of two brass musket parts (trigger guard and buttplate), ex-"Musket Wreck" (1790). 236 grams total. Up to 12" long. Heavily patinated but 100% intact, both with readable markings (like AE in a box and an incuse circle with three points), basically the leftovers of a musket whose wood and iron were lost to the elements. From the "Musket Wreck" (1790), pedigreed to Sedwick Auction 9, with original lot-tag 2052 and small (generic) certificates from the salvors.
