Lot of four miscellaneous Caribbean/Mexican tokens: San Luis, Cuba (Oriente Province / Santiago de Cuba), copper-nickel 1 peso, 1895, Ingenio Sabanilla / Lino Salazar; Cidra, Cuba (Matanzas Province), brass 50 centavos, no date (late 1800s to early 1900s), Marques de Montelo; Dominican Republic, square brass token, no date (late 1800s), Ingenio San Luis; Nogales, Mexico (Sonora), brass advertising piece, no date (1900s), Singapore Night Club. Rulau-Ori-88, Mat-34, Dom-77, unl. 27.42 grams total. Very interesting group from Mexico and the Caribbean: The 1895 Lina Salazar piece is AU; the Cidra piece in XF has a strong catalog value; the crude VF square token from Ingenio San Luis (Dominican Republic) has a paint-encrusted "DD" stamped over an earlier "18" stamping on the back (decidedly not a "100" countermark as mentioned in Rulau); and the Singapore Night Club token from Mexico is XF and boldly states OPEN DAY & NIGHT.
