Lot of 3 newspaper articles and ads from 1967 about Real Eight, the 1715 Fleet and cob coins. Continuing the theme of the uphill battle Real Eight faced in getting their silver-coin finds properly appreciated, one article in this lot is titled "The World's Ugliest Coin," while another article here (from a newspaper for Bendix Launch Support, who employed Goodpaster) shows a picture of Karl H. Goodpaster with the silver coins captioned as "Spanish Doubloons." Pedigreed to the estate of Karl H. Goodpaster (Real Eight conservator).
