Lot of 10 silver medals of 1 avoirdupois oz each (.999 silver) made to commemorate the Atocha by Arce Ltd in 1991, each with a different treasure theme on one side. . Probably made from original silver from the wreck (by melting down a silver bar), each of these medals says "Treasure of the Atocha / Sank 1622 / Salvaged July 20, 1985 / by Mel Fisher" on one side along with the weight and fineness and 1991 copyright, with pictures of artifacts and coins and ship scenes on the other sides, all low-grade Proof. From: Atocha, sunk in 1622 west of Key West, Florida
