Long iron hull-pin segment, ex-Atocha (1622). 3.9 lb. Roughly 17" long, 1" thick. Hefty long rod with a small bend in the middle, an elongated hole at one end, glossy black all over from professional conservation, its purpose to hold together the timbers of the ship. Note the Fisher certificate is slightly damaged with a few small holes in the middle. From the Atocha (1622), with original Fisher plastic tag and photo-certificate 14A-91270.
