Lima, Peru, pillar 8 reales, Ferdinand VI, 1752J, rare. KM-55.1; CT-306. 26.9 grams. XF+ with attractive rainbow-toning on obverse, which has a bold rim, the reverse a little less bold and not as toned, but overall a very clean and natural specimen of the popular first date of the series (not counting the somewhat conjectural 1751). Pedigreed to the Jose Leunda collection (Spain).
