JAMAICA (British Administration), 6 shillings 8 pence, George II, GR double countermark (1758) on a Lima, Peru, pillar 8 reales, Ferdinand VI, 1759 JM, NGC XF details / mount removed (c/s XF strong), ex-Brameld. KM-4.4. Very lightly toned over lustrous surfaces that are slightly grainy (presumably from jewelry use), the countermarks, incorrectly identified as a Mexico host coin on part of slab label, overall a decent example of a popular issue. Pedigreed to the David Brameld Collection.
