Intact silver candlestick holder, ex-Concepción (1641). 314 grams. 5" tall, 4" diameter at base. Well-preserved solid silver piece, actually two pieces as the holder is screwed into the base, all intact minus small pieces of the base (only) missing, with minimal corrosion and lovely toning. From the Concepción (1641), with original certificate from Captain Tracy Bowden through his contract with the Dominican Republic, and accompanied by the July 1996 issue of National Geographic signed by Captain Tracy Bowden on his article "Gleaning Treasure from the Silver Bank."
